At Hillside Assisted Living, we strive to maintain a qualified team of caregivers at all times. We provide a positive work environment for our staff, training, and consistency with scheduling.
We view our caregivers as more than just employees, we are a team. Our practice is offering a place where true caregivers can come to work and make a difference while still having balance in their personal life.
Staff to Resident Ratios - Our day shift is 2 staff members and our night shift is 1 staff member. With only 6 residents max, this ensures that there is plenty of staff for every shift.
Training - We provide training for all staff members on everything from transfers, medication passes, documentation, so forth and so on. Our caregivers are always equipped with proper training before asked to perform duties on their own.
Schedule - Our schedule is critical to balance in our caregivers life as well as our resident's. Caregivers will not be required to work an unreasonable amount of hours and will never be asked to work double shifts.
Pay - Our company pays staff every Friday by direct deposit through our payroll company. All Staff are W-2 Employees.
